A contributor to the Handbook of Child Custody, Dr. Finn has also worked extensively on court-involved evaluations, including child custody, mental health, and international child abduction cases. With over 800 evaluations completed and a history of expert testimony in county and federal courts, Dr. Finn is a sought-after lecturer on child custody evaluations nationwide, sharing insights with therapists, lawyers, and judges.\u2028\u2028<\/span><\/p>

Her clinical work focuses on high-conflict divorce, court-ordered therapy, reunification-supportive services, and individual, group, and family counseling. Previously, Mark spent the first thirteen years of his psychological career as a Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at a school for children and Adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders. During the same period, he worked for six years as a Therapist at Alexian Bros. Behavioral Health Hospital with two of those years spent assessing patients in the Clinical Access Department. This was followed by fifteen years running a Sexual Offender Treatment Program while also assuming the role of Clinical Director of a Community Mental Health Agency for ten years.<\/span>
